Town Hall
Holds celebrations that earn culture points, which is what lets an account found or conquer more villages. Higher levels shorten the celebrations.

Levels 1 to 20 cost 2,085,585 resources and take 450:18:20 at x1, adding 62 population and 192 culture points a day.
Runs celebrations to generate Culture Points and influences chiefing through Great Celebrations. A small celebration costs 6,400 lumber, 6,650 clay, 5,940 iron and 1,340 crop - 20,330 in all - and a great one 29,700, 33,250, 32,000 and 6,700, which is 101,650.
- Small Celebrations are especially important early when racing for the next settlement slot / first major expansion.
- Celebrations should be introduced across villages as the account economy develops.
- Long term, the goal for a fast-growing account is high-level Town Halls running Great Celebrations as consistently as resources allow.
- More Culture Points means faster settlement or conquest of additional villages.
- More villages compound account growth through additional resource fields, building queues and troop-production capacity.
- During chiefing, running a Great Celebration is considered a key offensive preparation because it improves the loyalty battle in the attacker's favour; a defender's Great Celebration can work against the attacker.
Strategy. Town Hall should be viewed as a growth engine, not just a Culture Point checkbox.
A small celebration costs 6,400 lumber, 6,650 clay, 5,940 iron and 1,340 crop - 20,330 in all - whatever the Town Hall's level. It pays this village's culture points a day, up to 500 on a 1x world.

A celebration pays the daily culture point production outright until it reaches the world's cap. The day's figures assume one is started the moment the last finishes. Higher levels only shorten the celebration, so what a level really buys is more of them a day - and more resources spent.

A step pays that much of each of the four resources, plus the hero experience, and the hero's own level adds 2% a level above the first on top of both. A reward can be left unclaimed and taken whenever it suits: claiming it pays no health, but the experience it carries can push the hero up a level, and it is the level-up that restores full health.
