Cutting infantry training time by 10% is worth 1.0 Barracks levels, and it stacks with them.
On worlds with item rarities it rises from 10% common to 12% uncommon, 15% rare and 20% epic faster infantry training. Uncommon, rare and epic items exist only on special servers.

A tier 2 helmet for the hero: 15% faster infantry training.

Cutting infantry training time by 15% is worth 1.5 Barracks levels, and it stacks with them.
On worlds with item rarities it rises from 15% common to 17% uncommon, 20% rare and 25% epic faster infantry training. Uncommon, rare and epic items exist only on special servers.

A tier 3 helmet for the hero: 20% faster infantry training.

Cutting infantry training time by 20% is worth 2.1 Barracks levels, and it stacks with them.
On worlds with item rarities it rises from 20% common to 22% uncommon, 25% rare and 30% epic faster infantry training. Uncommon, rare and epic items exist only on special servers.
