What stands out

  • It is the third-most crop-efficient attacker to feed, with 65.0 attack for each crop it eats an hour, level with the Spartan Corinthian Crusher.
  • It buys more attack per resource than any other Gaul troop, at 12.1 per 100 resources.
  • At Smithy level 20 its attack rises from 65 to 81.1, a 25% gain.

Smithy upgrades

Each smithy level raises a stat by a fraction of its base plus a term scaled by crop consumption. The crop term is why a unit’s gain is not simply a percentage of its base stat: relative to their stats, high-upkeep units gain the most.
